Privacy notice

Last updated: 4 November 2026

This notice explains how MG Bodywork & Paint uses personal information when you contact Marin, ask for a quote or use this website.

Who we are

MG Bodywork & Paint is run by Marin Georgescu, a self-employed car body repairer based in Enderby, Leicester. He decides how your information is used. Contact: georgescu06@yahoo.com, 07467 816791.

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number and email, when you send the form, a WhatsApp message, an email or call.
  • What you tell us about your car and the damage, your town and any photos you choose to send.
  • If you allow analytics cookies: how the website is used (see the cookie notice).
  • To reply, give you a quote and arrange the repair: steps you ask for before agreeing the work (legitimate interests and pre-contract steps).
  • To improve the website: only with your consent, through Google Analytics.

We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing unless you ask for it.

Who helps us

Messages from the contact form are delivered by email through our website host (Cloudflare) and an email delivery service (Resend). WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Google Analytics is used only if you allow it. These providers process data only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into a repair are deleted within 12 months. Records of repairs are kept for as long as needed for the 2-year guarantee and for tax and legal reasons, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it is used or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to georgescu06@yahoo.com. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
