Website terms
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
This website is run by Marin Georgescu, a self-employed car body repairer trading as MG Bodywork & Paint in Enderby, Leicester. Contact: georgescu06@yahoo.com, 07467 816791.
Information on this website
The service descriptions here are general information. What a repair involves, and its price, is confirmed after Marin has seen the car or photos of the damage.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending a message or the form does not book a repair or create a contract. The work, the date and the price are agreed with you directly before any work starts.
Photos and content
The photos on this website show Marin's own work in the workshop and are not edited to change the result. Number plates are not shown. The text, photos and logo belong to Marin Georgescu and may not be copied without permission.
Links to other websites
This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp and Google. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Liability
We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
How we handle the details you send us is explained in the privacy notice.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
